This position serves as the Clinical Director for the Claremore Indian Hospital, which provides ambulatory, emergency and inpatient care through a 50-bed general acute care hospital in Claremore, OK. The Clinical Director is responsible for medical administration of the clinical program and the quality of medical care rendered at the hospital. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer of the Claremore Service Unit and/or the Chief Medical Officer of the Oklahoma City Area.
The selected applicant will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation, which will include a fingerprint check. If applicable-Selective Service registration (Males born after 12/31/59) U.S. Citizenship is required
Works on a day-to-day basis with division supervisors in top management discussions, decisions, policy making, and sharing full accountability in management actions.
Develops and implements instruction for non-routine, complex technical issues related to physician and other medical staff practices of the hospital.
Responsible for the recruitment and retention of all physician staff.
Assigns workload to employees and evaluates employee work performance.
Provides direct patient care within the scope of clinical privileges.

BASIC REQUIREMENT(S):

Degree: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from a school in the United States or Canada approved by a recognized accrediting body in the year of the applicant''s graduation. A Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school that provided education and medical knowledge substantially equivalent to accredited schools in the United States may be demonstrated by permanent certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) (or a fifth pathway certificate for Americans who completed pre-medical education in the United States and graduate education in a foreign country).
AND
Residency Certification: Applicants must have completed one year of internship and show completion of a residency program in an institution accredited for such training. Include only those internships, residencies, and fellowship programs that are approved by accrediting bodies recognized within the United States or Canada. Must submit copies of internship, residency, and/or fellowship certificates.
AND
Medical License - A current, non-temporary, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

Experience may be obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following: independently providing diagnosis and treatment to patients with a variety of health problems and supervision of Physician staff providing patient care.
Managerial Abilities: This is a managerial position and candidates, in addition to the professional qualifications listed, must have demonstrated in their work experience or training, that they possess, or have potential to develop, the qualities of successful supervision, as required for this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
