You Will:
Technical Leadership:
Be the primary technical authority for piping systems, pressure vessels, and stationary equipment. Lead changes to plant equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Mechanical Integrity:
Ensure adherence to PSM Mechanical Integrity standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Collaborate with Mechanical Integrity Engineers and Inspectors for equipment inspections. Update maintenance and mechanical integrity procedures. Troubleshooting and Analysis:
Investigate on-site equipment issues, document findings, and prevent recurrence. Provide emergency maintenance support. Project Management:
Lead equipment upgrade and replacement projects. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Coordinate:
Relay reliability concerns to management and personnel. You Have:
Safety Mindset:
Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to industry standards. Understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification. Leadership and Communication:
Guide reliability initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement. Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical)
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a production, manufacturing, or plant environment subject to OSHA 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM) regulation. Experience managing complex systems, including piping networks, pressure vessels, and stationary equipment. Experience in reliability-centered maintenance, failure analysis, and root cause investigations. Technical Knowledge:
Expertise in piping and pressure vessel design, maintenance practices, and inspection techniques. Proficiency in real-world engineering analysis.
