A successful AM will be able to achieve sales goals, provide personalized product suggestions, and exceed our customer's expectations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Fulfill opening/ closing duties Maintain fully stocked and clean displays Assist with running side work, stocking and cleaning during any and all downtime Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times Perform front desk duties when assigned - including greeting and checking in patients, processing medical marijuana recommendations and maintaining organized patient files Process returns/exchanges Attend company meetings, trainings, and promotional events as needed Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through providing excellent customer service Listen to patients needs and provide guidance and education on products Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Must be knowledgeable about all products offered and able to discuss available options with patients Process POS (point of sale) purchases; cross sell products; handle returns of merchandise Desired Skills:
Prior retail sales experience (1

years) Knowledge of cannabis in a retail environment Some management skills Requirements:
Maintain a valid medical marijuana recommendation Able to pass a background screening Be at least 21 years of age Job Type:
