Maintenance Superintendent


Responsibilities:
Suggests, plans, and oversees equipment needs and acquisition to maximize production efficiency and return.
Oversees and plans the layout of electrical and mechanical equipment; recommends and implements modifications to facilities.
Supports the Daily/Weekly reporting on schedule compliance and any cost initiatives.
Ensures that planned work orders are safely and technically completed and provides feedback to the planning team on improvement opportunities for daily and/or turnaround planning packages.
Support all team members to ensure expectations are met during the execution of the Turnaround.
Trains, coaches, and develops employees to maximize their performance.
Analyzes problems, evaluates alternatives, and acts on solving personnel and plant/process issues.
Supports site EHS activities through compliance with all environmental, health and safety policies/procedures, and through active participation in EHS programs and initiatives.
Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/
Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar field required; Masters degree in Business Administration is highly desired.
At least five years of experience in supervisory positions that combine technical, managerial, and financial expertise required.
Superior leadership and management skills with a proven ability to coordinate employees, teams, and departments with different skills and backgrounds.
Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to plant operation and maintenance.
Ability to understand and operate the systems and equipment used at the facility.
Recommended Skills Business Administration Finance Leadership Maintenance Regulatory Compliance Work Orders Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
