Speech Language Pathologist
Emerald Care Center Claremore - Speech Language Pathologist for Skilled Nursing facility.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Discharges.
Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents.
Looking for an individual who is highly motivated for optimal patient care with good time management and a strong team first mindset.
Documentation System:
Rehab Optima and Point Click Care (Knowledge/Familiarity preferred)
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist for State of Employment Recommended Skills Health Care Pathology Rehabilitations Time Management Documentation System Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
